At TONI&GUY SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase; if you are not, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
